Founded by one of the nation's richest shipyards, the foundation has built a cultural center that houses the National Opera and the National Library of Greece, and the surrounding area is occupied by a park, bearing its name. Designer of the impressive meeting is the world-famous architect Enzo Piano. Тhe impressive opera has a main stage for 1,400 spectators and an "alternative" scene for 400 people dedicated to artistic experiments with all forms of the music theater. In the complex, completed and handed over to the state in February this year, $ 630 million was invested, and the foundation will bear its costs in the next 5 years through donations. The Library of the National Library of Greece is partly transferred to the new building, the reading room, the children's department of the library and a part of the specialized departments are to be opened soon.
The meeting ended with the promise of maintaining active communication between all participants and seeking new opportunities for ongoing project activities.
